Marketing - includes promotions, pricing, position, packaging, advertising and PR
Week 7:
Sales - includes benefits (not features), closing, and dealing with resistance
Week 8:
Customers - includes understanding their needs, retention, and generating referrals
Week 9:
Systems - includes operations, procedures, reporting and creating manuals
Week 10:
Wrap Up - includes a complete wrap up of all topics, and goal setting for the future
How the course is run...
Participants connect weekly for an hour by phone, hooked up on a group telecall. Your trainer leads the group, and encourages highly interactive training/coaching sessions. You will be sent reading material between sessions by email. If you have not been privy to this kind of telecall training or coaching before, you will absolutely love it! And you will be able to connect with other business owners from all over Australia, creating your own networking opportunities.
Your time commitment...
We will have a 1 hour coaching/training session every Monday lunchtime from 17th September to 19th November 2012, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sydney time. If you need to convert time, go to www.timeanddate.com You will also have approximately half an hour of reading per week, and of course you may spend time networking with the other business owners on the program! If you can't make it to one or two of the calls, that's okay - we'll schedule a catch up for you. We want you to have the full benefits of this fantastic course, even if you have some prior commitments.
